• Director of Development and Communications @ Melbourne Anglican Foundation (2017-2022, Jan 2023-present)

Oversight and communication of the Melbourne Anglican Foundation for refugees and new migrants, young people, the poor and disadvantaged, arts and creativity and hospital chaplaincy, all fund submissions and fund development (fundraising) relationship building with individual donors, trusts and charities and corporates; devising and writing development strategic plan; sponsorship planning and development; project management; communication planning, marketing and implementation; public speaking. Reporting to the Board of Melbourne Anglican Foundation. Other fundraising projects: Anglicans Preventing Violence Against Women (since 2017) Anglican New Ministry Presence (since 2018).

• Director of Donor Development @ City to City Australia (April 2022-Jan 2023)

Designed and created Fundraising Strategic Plan to take forward present and prospective relationships with donors, individuals, trusts and foundations both in Australia and overseas. Cultivated deeper relationships with present donors securing donations +$30k and upwards. Secured new yearly commitments from trusts and foundations of + $50k. Worked with a creative team based overseas honing new skills explaining and navigating cultural understandings between India and Australia. Facilitated and cultivated new denominational relationships nationally and within Victoria.

• Director, Victoria and South Australia @ Overseas Council Australia (2010-2014)

Oversight of communications, marketing and fundraising portfolio for Victoria and South Australia. Facilitated one to one donor meetings; awareness raising of the global work through bi-annual academic visits; facilitated new partnerships through seminars, webinars, dinners, breakfasts and high-level meetings; annual visits to overseas partner colleges to report on projects; public speaking; creation and project management of new website.

• Senior Communications Adviser @ Siena College, Camberwell (2008-2010)

Communications and marketing, planning and conceiving strategy in line with strategic plan; creation of new college brand via targeted communications and marketing, new website and digital presence; management of external providers to deliver photography, graphic design, website and film services to the college; advice to senior leadership team, managed five budgets.
