  • What is the primary problem that you are solving ?

What is the primary problem that a particular person / relationship / tool / team solves ?

Bonive Boscan Daniel:

  • An image can create a fast impression and an emotional connection
  • A web animation can convey a very specific idea

Does an image suggest an action ?

Igone Ruiz de Azúa:

  • How do you measure employee satisfaction within a company ?
  • Tools: Surveys, interviews, metrics (e.g. turnover)

How do you measure satisfaction in general ?

Satisfaction of:

  • Employees
  • Customers
  • Community members
  • Shareholders
  • Partners
  • Business relationships
  • Vendors

Bernhard Friedrichs:

  • Once your company grows beyond Dunbar's number (150 people), normal social relationships are no longer capable by default of handling internal organization. People start to break into tribes, silos emerge.

Bonive Boscan Daniel:

  • The world has grown much more complex, but we still only have a small space in our heads for cultural symbolism. It hasn't grown much. This is why images are so important. They communicate brand identity.

Ofir Knimach:

  • This ties into Carl Jung's 12 Archetypes. Brand identities are composed of and appeal to different archetypes or sets of archetypes.

How should you build a general community today, not just a community centered on a specific person ?

Ofir Knimach:

  • Growing up, I thought that Expertise Value was the most important value of a person. Study hard, know a lot, offer skilled knowledge. This is something that a lot of technical people think.
  • But today, I would say that it has been superseded in the marketplace by Personal Relatability. How approachable / relatable are you ?
  • Together with: Do you produce any content ? This requires a certain vulnerability, because it exposes you to criticism.
  • Consistency creates authenticity. You can fake one video or picture. It's hard to keep doing it for years.
  • We don't sell our knowledge. We sell the implementation.

  • Book: Give and Take by Adam Grant
  • Look at the competition in the market. Analysing the competition will tell you what people already have in their minds in your product space.
  • Design an image identity based on a selected aspect of this product space.
