The first step is to install a crypto wallet. "I don't know anything about crypto - I don't work in anything even close to it. Is it a scam ? Is it safe ? It looks complicated. Admittedly, it sounds like it's going to be important in the future."

Potential improvements:

• Give some good reasons for installing the wallet to help assure people that this is a safe thing to do.
• Make it clearer that Metamask is a browser extension, not a whole new software application.
• Emphasize that Metamask cannot recover your password and that no one can recover your seed phrase.
• Recommend watching Metamask's 1.5 minute introductory video on seed phrases.
• Recommend copying-and-pasting the seed phrase 3 times to avoid the risk of typos.
• Explain that a crypto wallet is a combined passport and wallet: It is an identity as well as a bank account.
• Slightly more detailed explanation of what the gateway verification step is actually doing - i.e. The wallet has presented an identity to Tela, and now Tela is asking the wallet to make a signature to prove that it actually owns this identity.
• A list of prerequisites at the beginning: Email Address, Crypto Wallet (put this on a separate support page?).
• On the Dashboard: Where is Settings ? How can I change my fee ?
• What does it mean to upgrade my account ? I.e. what are the other options ?
• Show an example of the summary email in the app somewhere ? Or just in the support guide.
